Besides me, of course! Who would you say is the sexiest Canadian? Let's put politics aside & not worry about our nominees' personal lives for this one!
My picks are:
Pamela Anderson, the ultimate blond bombshell. Pamela became a world-wide phenomenon in the popular beach 'drama', Baywatch.
Alanis' main squeeze, Ryan Reynolds, is a Vancouver native who has starred in The In-Laws, Blade:Trinity, Amityville Horror and Canadian production Foolproof. Alanis, you are one lucky lady.
Punk princess, Avril Lavigne, is the music world's ultimate bad girl and a stunning beauty.
Joshua Jackson is the boy next door yet exudes sensuality. Josh first shot to fame as 'Pacey' on the teen drama 'Dawson's Creek'. These days the young Canadian stars in films such as 'Bobby' and the acclaimed 'Aurora Borealis'.
Josh has had his hero moments & says, "My friend and I once saved this woman from drowning. She'd had an asthma attack. She picked a foolish place to go swimming and got herself into a bit of a situation. But all we did was act as flesh-and-blood flotation devices until the Coast Guard picked her up."

I also used to think Michael J. Fox's witty, slightly aloof attitude was hot, but I seem to have moved on to American actors with European heritage since (Edward Norton, Viggo Mortensen, Scarlett Johansson, Jake Gyllenhaal).

yes, Michael J Fox certainly is a cutie, esp in his 'Back to the Future' Days. Its so sad that he has Parkinson's, and that it has onset at such a young age.
As for American actors, I think Ryan Phillipe & his soon to be ex, Reese Witherspoon, are gorgeous as well as Scarlett & Angelina.

Ryan is intensely smoking but Reese strikes me as pretentious... though we will have a lot to talk about when Rendition comes out, as she and Jake are co-stars! ;o)
I always think Scarlett's name doesn't suit her, as her acting is so subtle and cadenced... have you see The Island? I loved the use of the Eternity ad for her character development... I think it won the Charlie Kaufman Award for Self-Reflexive Product Placement, lol.
It's hard to find a person who lures in quite as many people as Angelina... possibly her partner?

I haven't seen The Island but I have been watching Scarlett grow up on screen and have always been impressed by her acting skill and charm. Paris & gang could take a lesson.
