Should Kids Have Cell Phones in School?

Of course they shouldn't! I have been in that spot and I know how distracting it is from the class. I texted and talked to my friends and my grades reflected from that. Kids shouldn't have their cell phones in school because they waste too much time on them doing things that they shouldn't.
