Work is a principle that if not used you can become a complete failure. If you don't learn to work hard when you are young you most likely are never going to learn how to work and you won't be able to get a job and to support your family or even yourself. That is how beggars came to be people!! TV is good once in a while but it is being so overused that TV is all that most kids nowadays know!
The best way to get a young person to work is to shut off the TV and to get them outdoors doing something athletic or fun as long as they are doing something to keep them busy at the same time. Get rid of your TV addictions and get addicted to something worthwhile such as friendships or sports. Meet new people, explore the world and accomplish something with your life instead of wasting your life away in front of the tube.
