Dr. Brad Jacobs goes on in his letter to say that he noticed her c-section scar last week when "a global audience had a chance to see more than your night out on the town with Paris Hilton".
Dr. Jacobs couldn't resist teasing the young superstar by stating, "I do know just how important it is to maintain your image, look perfect as you can and never get caught with your pants down. But, if you do, at least you will be prepared".

Has Britney ever confessed to indulging in plastic surgery? There was a lot of speculation a few years ago that Spears had breast augmentation. Brit's camp suggested her increase in bust dimensions were due to natural growth spurts that young ladies her age are prone to.
So what's your take on all this? Should Britney take the plastic surgeon's offer or does she look just fine as is?

There is too much unnecessary plastic surgery out there as is.

I'm glad to hear from such a supportive fan.
I like Brit too but I agree she is 'showing off' too much.
It is difficult to live under constant scrutiny like she does. How would any of us look under such a spotlight?
